The zaffe — written زفة in Arabic, and sometimes transliterated as zaffa or zaffeh — is the processional that has marked moments of honour across the Levant, the Arabian Peninsula and North Africa for centuries. Thunderous tabl and the conversational derbake carry it; dabke dancers give it shape. It is not a performance you watch from your seat. It draws everyone in.

Dabke is a Levantine line dance built on precise footwork and coordinated arm movement — the visual expression of everything the drums are saying. Our dancers are trained to an athletic standard, and the effect on a crowd is immediate: within minutes the barrier between spectator and participant dissolves.
The procession is not a walk. The path, the pacing, the pauses, and how movement tracks the percussion are all decided in advance and choreographed to your venue.
